CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (January 8, 2018) – Ent Credit Union is hosting the official ribbon cutting of their 29th service center Wednesday, January 10 from 11 am - noon at 5944 Promenade Parkway with their grand opening set for Saturday, January 20.
“We are very excited to be expanding within Douglas County and look forward to offering added convenience to Ent members in this area,” said Ent’s Chief Engagement Officer, Matt Gendron. “Due to the size, services offered and location of this facility, we feel the Promenade Service Center will become Ent’s flagship location for the Castle Rock community as it will allow members to get in and out quickly while experiencing the same outstanding member service they’ve come to know and expect at all of our service centers,” said Gendron.
The 5,000-square foot facility is Ent’s second location in the town of Castle Rock and features state-of the-art technology to provide members with added convenience, including: self-service safe boxes, the ability to instantly issue debit cards, teller pods with teller cash recyclers to facilitate faster cash dispensing to members and Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) in the center’s outside drive up lanes.
ITMs provide members with the option to have a live video chat with a teller or to use the machine as a 24/7 ATM. Using the chat feature, members can ask questions, make deposits, cash checks and perform more complicated transactions – all from the convenience of their car. Ent video tellers are available to assist members from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
