Join us for Lyme & Other Tick-borne Diseases: 2nd Rocky Mountain Forum on June 3rd 2017!
It is a FREE ½ day event. Donations to offset the cost of the event are appreciated.

The forum will provide an excellent opportunity for medical care providers, patients, outdoor enthusiasts, parents, and educators, to learn about the rapidly changing state of tick-borne diseases, risk of exposure, challenges of diagnosis, and prevention practices. Join us to increase your awareness of the multiple diseases that ticks may transmit that can affect the health and wellbeing for yourself, family, pets, students and patients. A Q&A session will take place with all presenters.
