BETHESDA, MD - The Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA) invites you to the
Colorado Walk4Hearing on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at Clement Park. The HLAA Walk4Hearing is a family-friendly event that raises awareness about hearing loss and coming together to eradicate the stigma associated with it. Join over 350 walkers at the Colorado Walk4Hearing to become a part of the community to step up for the 48 million Americans with hearing loss.
The Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA), founded in 1979, opens the world of communication to people with hearing loss through information, education, advocacy and support.
The HLAA Walk4Hearing supports programs and services for people with hearing loss and their families. Money raised is shared between the national organization and local organizations and HLAA State Associations and Chapters.
Since its inception in 2006, the Walk4Hearing has raised more than $12 million and has welcomed over 79,000 walkers, making it the nation’s largest and fastest-growing hearing loss fundraising and public awareness walk in the country. Visit walk4hearing.org to register.
