Summer can be a busy time, but those going thru a divorce or separation still need support and guidance. Adjustment support will be provided through a condensed course based on the popular 10-week Rebuilding When Your Relationship Ends series. This “fast-track” Summer Rebuilding course can help with emotional adjustment, provide support and information, plus be a path to the regular 10-week Rebuilding series offered in the fall.
The Summer Rebuilding session will cover the “Emotional Roller Coaster” of ending relationships, examine Denial and Fear and Letting Go, plus provide helpful information and guidance on managing Grief, Anger, and Fears.
Dates: May 30, June 6, June 21, June 28, July 11.
Time: 6:15 - 9 p.m.
Location: Koelbel Library, 5955 S. Holly St., west corner of Holly and Orchard in Centennial.
Registration: $135 for the 5 weeks. (Cash, check, credit card). Class workbook is included with registration.
(Participants from the Summer Rebuilding may also take the fall 10-week series at a reduced tuition. Fall Rebuilding series starts in early September.)
