Tiffany Canady, co-founder of The Canady Team at Premier Real Estate Group, and Amy Jones, a real estate investor and owner of Superior Renovated Homes, LLC, will be holding a free seminar on Saturday, December 2, from 10 a.m. to noon at Legacy Title Group, 3630 Sinton Road, Suite 300, Colorado Springs, CO 80907.
Childcare will be provided as well. The purpose of the seminar is to help homeowners navigate the hot market and answer any and all questions pertaining to real estate.
“We will be answering questions on everything from foreclosures, short sales and home renovations to credit repair, buying/selling and property management,” said Canady, who also hosts seminars with her husband Brian, co-founder of The Canady Team, for seniors considering downsizing.
Discussion topics will include, as a buyer, how to compete with multiple offers; if the homeowner is not ready to sell, looking at foreclosure options; and how to get one’s home ready for resale.
“You don’t just pick out paint colors and cabinets, as sometimes you have to jump through burning rings of fire,” added Jones, who has worked with Canady on more than 50 transactions and flipped over $77 million in real estate in one year with Superior Renovated Homes. “We will also discuss how you can still get out from underneath and make some money if you have no money to fix up the home.”
To register for the free seminar, please visit Tiffany’s Facebook page. It is first come first served.
