The ACC Foundation is proud to announce that the Clue Room will begin funding $10,000 in annual scholarships for ACC students.
The funds will be used for the ACC Foundation’s STEM Scholarship ($5,000 annually; open to resident female students enrolled in any ACC science, technology, engineering or mathematics program) and Travel Abroad Scholarship ($5,000 annually, open to resident minority students enrolled in ACC’s Business Study Abroad Program).
Thanks to the Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI), the ACC Foundation is able to match the Clue Room’s scholarship donation dollar-for-dollar. The goal of COSI is to increase post-secondary degree/certificate completion and the preparedness of Colorado students to earn a livable wage, graduate with less debt and positively contribute to the growth of our state’s economy.
“We are so grateful to the Clue Room for their generosity,” said Courtney Loehfelm, Executive Director of the ACC Foundation. “Current and future ACC students will benefit tremendously from this gift, and with the COSI matching initiative, the Clue Room’s impact is doubled. Our most sincere thanks to the Clue Room and the Mata family.”
