Two local college students look to reinvent the painting industry with exceptional customer service.

Fort Collins, CO: Virtue Painting is a small, local start-up business that is

seeking to redesign the home improvement industry forever. Let’s face it – the

contracting world is unpredictable and nearly every homeowner has a contracting

nightmare. Virtue Painting is implementing a system that is eliminating this


For most homeowners, their home is their largest asset. Painting is an

immense home renovation process – and should be treated like so. Painting is

not a collegiate hobby or side-job. When it comes to large financial projects such

as painting, it should be left up to professionals who take pride in their work. Too

many contractors are unreliable and cut corners. Virtue Painting understands that

every brush stroke counts, and will follow through to completion.

Virtue painting was founded by Jordan Miller and Michael Hedemark -

both Colorado natives determined to enact positive change within the community.

Mike and Jordan are both strong students at Colorado State University, and have

had considerable experience within the painting industry – both serving as

branch manager and district manager of a large, national painting company.

Since then, they have streamlined a better system to do business are seeking to

change the way homeowners perceive the painting industry.
