Larkspur Historical Society program March 25th: Ancient Douglas County

Dr. Gordon Tucker, PH.D Archaeology, presents: Ancient Douglas County at the Miller Library in Castle Rock, on Saturday, March 25th at 1PM.

Saturday March 25th at 1PM, the Larkspur Historical Society presents Dr. Gordon Tucker, PH.D, at the Miller Library in Castle Rock. The program will begin at 1PM. Dr. Tucker will present: Ancient Douglas County, 10,000 Years of Cultural History. The presentation will briefly summarize the long history of human settlement in Douglas County, focusing on key areas: Hess Village, Oeskeso Site near Parker, Franktown Cave and Blackfoot Cave in the Cherry Valley area.
